Recently I frequently should visit every possible celebratory actions with participation of children. Many times I was and on morning performances in kindergartens. And each time to me was pleasant for seeing shining persons of this small little mans. As they try, that it is good to tell a poem, to sing a song or to execute dance! And as they hesitate and worry before spectators, in spite of even that among them there are their mums and the daddy, the grandmother and the grandfather! But their excitement is vain - in fact mums and daddies always will help, will prompt, and if it is necessary, will protect. Will protect from a cold and a bad weather, will dress, will feed, will learn as it is necessary itself to a message in it not the simple world. Parents for children and children for parents, this is most important in a life, uniform and indissoluble. And recently I have invited to competition of ball dances. I very much love competitions on sports ball dances and always if there is an opportunity, I look these magnificent shows. And I liked winners in children's group, their sincerity and originality. And I in a break between performances already adult pairs have approached to them, have congratulated on a victory and have wished them the further successes. It was necessary to see their eyes to learn that at them it was created at this time on soul! By words it to transfer it is impossible - they were simply happy! The happy childhood, a happy youth - whether is dream of all parents! And not only dream, and a duty to children. And I have suddenly reflected, and what I how the expert in the field of atomic engineering, I do that our children were happy? Whether will warm theirs that heating which the atomic power station constructed in Belarus will allow? Literally words can and will warm. Well and if to think well? We, people, in the activity have always got used to put problems and to reach the purpose. For example, we have wanted quickly and far to move. Please, the automobile and a steamship have invented. That is on movement we have solved the main task. And that thus the environment becomes soiled, we earlier even did not pay attention. And only now begin something to do to avoid this phenomenon. There was necessary to us an electricity. And we have taken and have constructed hydroelectric power stations and almost all electrified. Yes, it was the big step forward. But we have again overlooked about those pernicious consequences which as a result of it have then arisen in ecology. The following problem: we needed the big crops of products. To reach it, we in Belarus have taken and have drained almost all bogs. Here again we have executed the main task - have fed people. And now becomes obvious, that in such scale to drain bogs it was impossible. In fact everything, that occurs in the nature as a result of our intervention, difficult enough complex character has. Yes, as a first approximation we receive some benefit. But if carefully to consider all subsequent secondary phenomena harmful to people still it is not known what will weigh down - benefit or harm? We, certainly, unequivocally notice only benefit. And it can ruin us, finally. Construction of any atomic power station (APS) being very complex construction, demands huge capital investments. Huge financial assets demand as studying of influence of the atomic power station on ecology and health of the person, and scientific researches in maintenance of all questions of safe operation of station. I any more do not speak about that volume of financing of research works, which are necessary for carrying out necessarily to close a fuel cycle for the atomic power station. The decision of this problem, apparently, not under force to one country, even such as Russia with its advanced material base and a more potential of the scientific staff. And, having the hugest lots still the non-authorized scientific problems in atomic engineering, in Belarus are going to build own atomic power station! About what it speaks? It speaks that our state does not care at all about health of people, about their future. That is the person as at the Soviet authority was, and now remains defenceless before intrigues of authorities. I am surprised simply with a position of some our scientists which undoubtedly know essence and all problems of atomic engineering. But the approach to atomic engineering has remained with them same, as during old times to other more simple problems: the main thing to receive financing and somehow to construct. And what there will be farther? A pier, it will be visible …. In this connection I want to tell, that atomic engineering as the scientific and technical direction, demands from all participants (science officers, developers, designers, builders, producing people and others) absolutely other thinking and the huge responsibility at all stages of the development. Old stereotypes of thinking in atomic engineering can lead to the pitiable result similar to failure on the Chernobyl atomic power station. Construction of the atomic power station it not construction of road or a sports construction. Here it is not enough one enthusiasm. And in conclusion of article I simply would like to tell, how to the winner of competition shining with happiness to the boy, and to other boys, dance while young! And, both grow, and all problems connected to atomic engineering will be charged your not strong shoulders. Good-bye, dear readers!

Dear readers of the IBK, I shall tell fairly, I did not plan to write this article. But some events which have come to pass on Caucasus in a threshold of Olympic Games, have forced me to make it. To remain indifferent to similar events I think inadmissible. And in this connection I have recollected V.Ropshin's one small product «Horse is pale». Product certainly the old, first time has been published in 1909. And very few people read it. But I have read. Though it and little-known, but is written it by much known person, terrorist Boris Viktorovich Savinkov (a pseudonym - V.Ropshin). You, dear readers, certainly, tell, that it supposedly memoirs of a politician. No, «Horse is pale», the true work of art revealing mentality, feelings and aspirations of terrorists. What cynical the reasoning of the main hero of this product on murder in general is: «I have wanted and have killed. Who the judge? Who will condemn me? Who will justify? To me my judges are ridiculous, their strict verdicts are ridiculous. Who will come to me and with faith will tell: to kill it is impossible, not kill. Who will dare to throw a stone? There is no side, there is no distinction. Why for terror to kill - it is good, - it is necessary for fatherland and for itself - it is impossible? Who will answer me?» And the main hero grants the desires: he kills. He kills and summarizes: «Speak still, it is necessary to love the person. And if is not present in heart of love? Speak, it is necessary to respect him. And if is there no respect? I am on border of a life and death. What to me of a word about a sin? I can tell about myself: I have looked, " … and a horse is pale and on it is the horseman, to which name death …". The main bloody result of such policy of Bolsheviks: Punishment of former adherents, punishment of prosperous peasantry and in general punishment of all objectionable people for authority. And one wave of recklessness on the part of the Georgian authorities has there and then caused a reciprocal wave of recklessness on the part of a management of Russia. Russia has recognized independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. It is asked; what really in the modern world small peoples cannot solve the destiny in the peace way without any excesses? It concerns, both to people of Kosovo, and to peoples of Abkhazia, Transdniestria, South Ossetia and to another. Or the horse is red and will skip on a planet, causing death and making destructions? Reaction to the Caucasian events in the world was ambiguous. But all it was this from lack of a trustworthy information. That Georgia has roughly broken the charter of the United Nations it has not caused whom even doubts. And it was confirmed with new chairman of General assembly of United Nations Migel n'Escoto Brokman at the press conference in headquarters of the United Nations. But some western politicians, using events on Caucasus, try to turn relations between the USA and Russia in a channel of cold war. It practically crosses out everything that has been made in improvement of the Russian-American relations by presidents Bush and Putin. Well, and to do it in no event it is impossible. It is impossible for western politicians to push Russia to restoration of the USSR. In fact it can be quite real on the basis of the allied state of Russia and Belarus. It is necessary on the contrary for a new management of Russia and new administration the USA to unite the efforts and to create such conditions in the world that the horse is red has disappeared for ever and never do not appear any more on our planet. This year to me has very much carried - time of my holiday has dropped out for August. And at the husband under the schedule holiday always in August. And we have risked and have gone to have a rest for ten days to Turkey. We had a rest perfectly. And the most please was, certainly, ours little daughter.
